Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ba66" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services operated under the brand name ba66, accessible at https://ba66.io and any associated mobile interfaces.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the ba66 platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, or uses the ba66 platform, whether or not a registered account holder.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available through ba66, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant games.
• "Funds" means any amount of money deposited into or credited to a Player's ba66 account balance, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Restricted Activity" means any action listed under Section 7 of these Terms that is prohibited on the ba66 platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the operative time zone for all time-sensitive provisions of these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ba66 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with ba66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ba66 platform. Continued use following any posted amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ba66 reserves the right to refuse access to the platform to any individual at its sole discretion, including where ba66 determines that access would be contrary to applicable laws or regulations.

Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The ba66 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ba66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

ba66 is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the ba66 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ba66 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside Bangladesh.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on ba66. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where ba66 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any associated funds pending investigation, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain that information in an up-to-date state throughout the life of your account. ba66 may request documentary verification of the information you provide, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used.

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ba66 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate account security.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ba66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following approved channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. ba66 does not accept payments in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by ba66 on any transaction.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit via mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳500. ba66 does not impose a maximum deposit limit by default, but may apply individual account limits at its discretion following review.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used to fund the account. ba66 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission in BST. Withdrawals may be delayed where identity verification is outstanding, where a withdrawal request is flagged for review, or where a system interruption affects the relevant payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

A Player must have completed ba66's standard identity verification process before any withdrawal request will be approved. ba66 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of verification. Withdrawals from accounts that have received Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before real-money funds may be released.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login or financial transaction for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. ba66 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts once this threshold is reached. Players will be notified by the contact details on file before any dormancy fee is applied.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by ba66 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, Bonus Funds are ring-fenced from the withdrawable real-money balance.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ba66 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and exploiting promotional errors. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds and any associated winnings voided and may face permanent suspension.

5.4 Promotional Errors

In the event that a bonus or promotion is published with an error — including an incorrect odds multiplier, an incorrect bonus amount, or an incorrectly described wagering requirement — ba66 reserves the right to correct or withdraw the promotion without prior notice and without liability to the Player.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ba66 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport and event. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ba66 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, or placed where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.

6.2 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. Odds in live markets change continuously to reflect real-time match conditions. ba66 operates a brief delay on in-play bet acceptance to guard against latency exploitation. Bets placed during this delay window may be accepted at revised odds or declined at ba66's discretion.

6.3 Casino & Instant Games

All casino games, live dealer tables, and instant games available on ba66 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 6.4 Bet Settlement

Winning bets are settled and credited to the Player's account balance as soon as the relevant result is confirmed and processed. ba66 aims to settle all markets within 30 minutes of the final result being declared. Settlement disputes must be raised with ba66 support within 72 hours of settlement in BST.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba66 platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one account, whether in your own name or the name of another person.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with events offered on ba66.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical faults to gain a financial advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the ba66 platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ba66 staff or other users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ba66 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and user interface design — is the property of ba66 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ba66 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ba66 platform without ba66's prior written consent.

Privacy & Data

ba66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ba66.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to ba66 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ba66 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the ba66 platform. Personal and payment information is never sold to unauthorised third parties. ba66 may share data with third-party identity verification services, payment processors, and game providers as necessary to deliver its services and comply with legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ba66 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

ba66's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by ba66

ba66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if it reasonably suspects that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent or criminal activity, or where continued operation of the account would place ba66 in breach of any applicable obligation.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your ba66 account at any time by contacting ba66 support. Upon receipt of a closure request, ba66 will process any withdrawable balance to your registered payment method and close the account within 5 business days. Accounts closed at the Player's request may be reopened by contacting support, subject to a cooling-off period of 72 hours.

11.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who close their account via the self-exclusion process on the Responsible Gaming page will have their account suspended for the duration selected (minimum 6 months). Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires. Upon expiry, reinstatement requires a written request and a 24-hour cooling-off period before access is restored.
